Quotes & Agreements

Each project begins with a free consultation and a written quote. Work starts only after both parties agree on scope, timeline and pricing. Fixed quotes cover the agreed scope; significant changes are quoted separately and confirmed before work begins.

Payments

We work in clear milestones. No advance payment is required for most projects. Payment terms are stated in your project agreement before work starts.

Timelines

Estimated timelines are provided in good faith and depend on timely feedback from you. Delays on the client side extend the timeline accordingly.

Revisions

Projects include a reasonable number of revision rounds so you're happy with the result. Additional revision rounds beyond the agreed scope may be quoted separately.

Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide the content, access and feedback needed to complete the project, and to use our services lawfully — including email and WhatsApp automation in compliance with applicable anti-spam regulations.

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, ownership of the final deliverables transfers to you. Our retained work and any third-party tools remain the property of their respective owners.

Liability

We deliver work to a professional standard but cannot guarantee specific business outcomes. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the relevant project.
